Annual Business Use Insurance Validation Checking:
Insurance checking is provided as a standard part of our “Grey Fleet Driver” documentation validation service.
Our customers have always been surprised at how frequently, when checked, the number of grey fleet drivers ( drive their own vehicle for business) do not have appropriate insurance cover or specific “on business” insurance.
Completefleet will provide all the management reporting you will require, communicate directly with the driver to ensure they upgrade their levels of cover as well as helpfully reminding them of when their insurance policy is due to expire.
Annual Vehicle Road Tax checks:
At Completecare we follow best practice and will validate that all your drivers are using a vehicle for business that is fully taxed.
Again – you may be surprised just how frequently we encounter employees driving on business in untaxed vehicles. When this arises the Completecare team will prompt the driver to immediately rectify this situation (as well as report this to you the employer). This will be followed up with the driver, until we have proof the vehicle has been taxed.
In addition to full management reporting – we also send out helpful reminders to your drivers to actively prompt them that their Road Tax is due to shortly expire and requires renewal.
Annual MOT checks:
Completecare will validate the MOT status of your drivers vehicles, and where it is found to not have a current MOT, we will ask the driver to immediately rectify this situation (as well as report this to you as their employer). Again this will be followed up with the driver until we have proof the vehicle has a current MOT.
Once again in addition to compete management reporting – we will alert the driver to actively prompt them that their MOT is due to shortly expire and requires renewal.
